Salary: $75,000 – $90,000

Key Responsibilities (Human Resources Manager):

• 
  
• Lead employee relations efforts including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions
• 
  
• Partner with managers to provide coaching, guidance, and support on performance and team dynamics
• 
  
• Support training initiatives and oversee LMS utilization
• 
  
• Oversee full-cycle employee onboarding, hiring, and recruiting processes across both manufacturing and office teams
• 
  
• Partner with leadership and employees to ensure consistent HR support and employee relations
• 
  
• Administer HR policies, compliance, and employee programs to foster a positive workplace culture
• 
  

Qualifications (Human Resources Manager):

• 
  
• 5–8 years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations
• 
  
• Bachelors degree preferred
• 
  
• PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus
•
