The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the organization’s HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and policy implementation. This role will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals, enhance employee engagement, and maintain a positive workplace culture. In addition, the Human Resources Manager will ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while supporting the full employee lifecycle from hiring to development and retention
