The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the organization’s HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and policy implementation. This role will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals, enhance employee engagement, and maintain a positive workplace culture. In addition, the Human Resources Manager will ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while supporting the full employee lifecycle from hiring to development and retention

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent-related opportunities and proactively address challenges that hinder growth.
  • Help leaders plan for future talent needs and ensure their teams are operating at peak efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze data and leverage your expertise to make informed recommendations that support business success.
  • Effectively influence leadership decisions related to people management strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to identify trends and translate them into actionable HR initiatives.
  • Consult with subject matter experts to develop solutions for talent-related challenges impacting business performance.

Requirements:

  • The ability to identify problems, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders at all levels to foster collaboration and trust.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficient knowledge of adult development, learning, performance improvement, and U.S. labor laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
