This is a hands-on, highly visible position supporting key HR functions including onboarding, compliance, benefits, and bi-weekly multi-state payroll processing . If you thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy solving people‑related challenges, and consistently deliver with accuracy and integrity, this could be the ideal next step in your HR career.This role REQUIRES strong multi-state payroll processing AND an HRG background, and the ideal candidate is comfortable working100% in-office.Key Responsibilities In this role, you will:Serve as a primary HR point of contact for employees across the organization.Manage and process multi-state payroll accurately and on time.Support employe relations, policy interpretation, and HR compliance initiatives.Administer employee benefits including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.Lead or support processes in onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports as needed.Assist with recruitment efforts and coordinate interviews and new-hire activities.Ensure adherence to federal and state employment regulations and internal HR policies.Collaborate with the HR Team to ensure employees and leaders are supportedRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.4+ years of Human Resources experience, ideally in a generalist capacity.Experience processing multi-state payroll (required).Strong working knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HRIS systems.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.100% onsiteCollaborative, fast-paced environment where your expertise and initiative are valued#J-18808-Ljbffr
