Position: Senior Analyst, Global HR TechnologyLocation: Chicago, IL (Hybrid Onsite 3days/week)PURPOSE We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Global HR Technology department to supplement the ongoing work of the HRIT – ADP Enterprise V6, Cornerstone and Fieldglass team. The Analyst will work to support, administer, and maintain our current systems, primarily SAP Fieldglass, as we embark on a multi-year process of transforming our technology platforms.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Provide production support, system administration, application maintenance, auditing and documentationReview system updates and releases; assess impact and communicate changes to stakeholdersPartner with cross-functional teams and downstream system owners to ensure seamless operationsTroubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, including access concerns, unexpected results, data discrepancies, and process gapsPerform hands‑on system configuration, development, and scripting as neededSupport and lead system integrations and cybersecurity key managementDevelop, maintain, and deliver end‑user training and system documentationAudit policies, controls, and system processes to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsSupport internal and external audit activitiesCreate and maintain user access and security rolesManage and import large data sets while ensuring data integrityIdentify and implement system improvements through automation, process optimization, and new functionalityPerform other duties as assignedEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 2 years of experience working with SAP FieldglassExperience working with ADP Enterprise (V6 preferred)Experience working with Cornerstone Compensation and PerformanceStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer‑service orientationDemonstrated reliability and ability to maintain confidentialityStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with strong attention to detailStrong learning agility and ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologiesPREFERRED SKILLS Functional knowledge of HR, payroll, or finance processesIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)Experience with a case management system such as ServiceNow#J-18808-Ljbffr
