We are seeking a hands-on, driven General Manager (HVAC) to lead and grow our residential and light commercial operations in Ohio.
This role offers a unique opportunity for a licensed HVAC professional to stay actively involved in the field while taking on leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities include performing HVAC service, maintenance, and installations, leading daily operations, building and mentoring a technician team, setting performance standards, managing workflow, overseeing project execution, and collaborating on growth strategies.
Qualifications include an active HVAC license, strong technical skills, leadership experience preferred, excellent communication, and organizational abilities.
Compensation features a $100,000 base salary, up to 20% performance bonus, full benefits, PTO, holidays, and company-provided vehicle, phone, and laptop.
