We're seeking a hands-on, driven General Manager (HVAC) to lead and grow our residential and light commercial operations in Ohio. This is a unique opportunity for a licensed HVAC professional to step into a leadership role while staying actively involved in the field.
You'll play a critical role in shaping the future of the business—building a team, setting standards, and driving performance—while continuing to deliver high-quality service to customers.
What You'll Do

Perform residential and light commercial HVAC service, maintenance, and installations

Lead daily operations and help scale the local business

Build, train, and mentor a team of HVAC technicians

Set performance standards and ensure quality workmanship

Manage scheduling, job prioritization, and workflow

Oversee project execution and ensure customer satisfaction

Collaborate with ownership on growth strategy and operations

Maintain a strong, positive culture focused on accountability and service
What You Bring

Active HVAC license

Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, service, and installation

Experience with residential and light commercial systems

Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized

Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000 base salary
- Up to 20% performance bonus

10% based on gross margin goals
