HVAC Install Construction Foreman

WE’RE HIRING | HVAC INSTALL CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN ️

Step into a leadership role with a well-established commercial mechanical contractor!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a crew of 1–5 HVAC installers
• Oversee HVAC installations and heavy equipment retrofits
• Work with hydronics, ductwork, VFDs, pumps & controls
• Coordinate with the General Foreman to meet safety, quality & schedule goals

QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of mechanical trade experience
• Completed 4+ year apprenticeship or equivalent
• Qualified to test into a Union HVAC Journeyman position
• Strong leadership, safety & teamwork skills
