Responsibilities:

• Install residential and commercial HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure proper system layout
• Connect electrical wiring, refrigerant lines, and ductwork to new and replacement systems
• Perform system startups, testing, and commissioning to verify proper operation
• Collaborate with service technicians and project managers to meet installation timelines
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and adhere to all local codes and safety regulations
• Communicate professionally with customers and address any on-site concerns

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience preferred
• EPA 608 Certification required
• Working knowledge of ductwork fabrication, refrigerant systems, and electrical connections
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions and confined spaces
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-first attitude
