    Description

HVAC Project Coordinator Wanted: Keep the Jobs Moving. Keep the Team Winning.

Let's cut to the chase—this role isn't for someone who needs constant reminders, drops the ball, or waits for someone else to solve problems.

We're looking for someone who can keep multiple projects moving, communicate with confidence, and make sure every install is set up for success. If you're organized, proactive, and enjoy bringing order to controlled chaos, keep reading.

    What You'll Be Doing:

Own the Project Schedule – Coordinate every step of the installation process so jobs stay on track, customers stay informed, and our install teams have what they need.

Communicate Like a Pro – Keep customers, installers, vendors, leadership, and inspectors in the loop. Clear communication prevents problems before they happen.

Order Equipment & Materials – Make sure the right equipment arrives at the right place at the right time.

Handle Permits, Warranties & Rebates – Stay on top of the paperwork so nothing gets missed and every job closes out correctly.

Schedule Inspections – Coordinate permits and county inspections to keep projects moving without delays.

Jump In Where Needed – Occasionally drive a company vehicle to deliver materials, pick up equipment, or assist with project needs when the team needs an extra hand.

Stay Organized – Track project install details, maintain accurate records, and keep dozens of moving parts working together.

    What You Need to Succeed:

    • HVAC industry experience is preferred, but not required. If you're organized, and have construction coordinating experience, we will help on the HVAC side.
    • Experience coordinating projects, scheduling, dispatching, construction, or administrative operations is a plus.
    • Outstanding organization skills—you enjoy creating order where others see chaos.
    • Strong communication skills—you can confidently work with customers, technicians, vendors, and leadership.
    • Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, spreadsheets, and CRMs.
    • Valid driver's license with the ability to safely operate a company vehicle when needed.
    • Flexibility to occasionally assist with after-hours project needs when the situation calls for it.
    • A "figure it out" mindset. We value people who take ownership and solve problems without waiting to be told.

    What You Get:

    • Competitive base salary with bonus opportunities.
    • Stable, full-time career with a company that's growing fast.
    • A team that values accountability, hard work, and people who step up.
    • A workplace where your organization and communication directly impact our success every single day.

This isn't just another office job.

You'll be at the center of every successful HVAC project we complete. If you enjoy solving problems, keeping people organized, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks, we'd love to meet you.
