Proficient reading, writing, grammar and mathematics; proficient interpersonal relations and communication skills; aptitude and training in arts & crafts; knowledge of social, psychological and recreational needs of the elderly and those individuals with dementia; knowledge of current Department of Human Services regulations relating to Activity Programming.
