Join Cardinal Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electric as an HVAC Project Coordinator and play a key role in preparing our installers for success.The HVAC Project Coordinator schedules installation jobs and prepares the install teams so they can accomplish the highest quality installations every time.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with HVAC Install Managers and installation teams to coordinate successful project completion.
- Maintain installation calendars, schedule and dispatch jobs, and communicate installation schedules with customers.
- Ensure equipment, materials, staging, and necessary documentation are ready and accurate for each installation.
- Review sales drawings and layouts for accuracy and ensure the fabrication team has complete measurements for timely project turnaround.
- Assist the sales team with technical questions, equipment sizing, and layout needs.
- Provide layout training and support to sales team members.
- Complete required paperwork and close project tasks to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist the Field Manager and installation teams with technical support as needed.
- Conduct daily cycle counts of HVAC equipment and communicate equipment-ordering needs to the Install Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Provide timely and professional feedback to the Sales Manager
Education & Experience:- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service
- Exhibit an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the HVAC trade
Physical Demands:- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds at a time
Work Environment:Working Schedule:- Generally, Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm; flexible based on the needs of the department
