THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client, a $40M+ commercial and industrial HVAC contractor with six locations across Texas and Louisiana, is hiring a proven HVAC sales producer to own new business in Houston. The seat is open because the previous top producer built a strong book and left to start his own company, a plan leadership knew about from the day he was hired. The market is established and the operation behind it is ready. You report to the Area Manager for Houston and Beaumont, with direct access to the company president. Individual contributor, not a management seat.

WHAT YOU WILL SELL
- Chiller, boiler, and cooling tower replacements and retrofits
- HVAC service, large break-fix work, and preventive maintenance agreements
- Owner-direct to commercial and industrial owners, operators, and facilities leaders
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Prospecting, relationship building, and full-cycle selling from first meeting to signed agreement
- Preparing and presenting proposals with estimating and operations support
- Pipeline, forecast, and CRM discipline
- Staying connected to the branch: service managers and technicians are a live source of leads
WHO FITS
- Proven track record selling commercial and industrial HVAC service, retrofit, and replacement work owner-direct
- Gets in front of customers and follows through on every commitment
- Verified production history; strong service and retrofit sellers can reach $3M in year one
- Lives in and knows the Houston market (local candidates only; no relocation)
WORK ARRANGEMENT
Hybrid. More office time in the first months to learn the business and build internal relationships, then a minimum of 1-2 office days per week. The rest of your time is in the field selling.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Competitive base salary plus one of the strongest uncapped commission plans in the industry
- $9,000 annual car allowance, included in base pay
- Cigna medical, dental, and vision; 401(k) with company match
- Sales targets: $1M year one, $1.5-2M year two, $2.5-3M year three. A current rep is on track for $3M in his first year.
