Note, we are looking for qualified applicants with three + years of HVAC or mechanical experience, as well as candidates who have good job tenure.We are looking for someone with proven leadership capability and experience in the following areas (residential & commercial):

• Residential service experience
• Ride along with Apprentice trainee, passionate about coaching and teaching others the trade
• Price and write estimates, and close bids
• Communicate with customers and property managers
• Willing to work on-call schedule

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work in confined spaces with exposure to dust 
• Ability to work in termperature extremes 
• Ability to lift and carry 65 lbs. 
• Clean DMV, California Driver License
• Clean and neat appearance
• Ability to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Team player: able to take direction and willing to learn
