About the Role: Moore Insurance Agency LLC (Goosehead Insurance - The Moore Agency) is a personal and commercial lines agency looking for a driven and personable hybrid Account Manager & Outside Sales professional to join our growing team in Columbus, OH. This exciting role blends relationship management with active prospecting, giving you the best of both worlds — nurturing existing clients while hunting for new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow an existing book of business through proactive client outreach and account reviews
Prospect and develop new client relationships through outside sales activities, networking, and referrals
Assess client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Prepare and present insurance quotes, proposals, and policy renewals
Maintain accurate client records and pipeline activity within CRM systems
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure seamless client onboarding and service
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and retention goals
Requirements:
Active Ohio Property & Casualty or Life & Health insurance license (or ability to obtain)
Prior experience in insurance sales, account management, or a related field preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a hybrid field/office environment
Proficiency with CRM software and basic office technology
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for outside sales activities
Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of hitting sales targets
