Field inspections of various structures.

• Record keeping and report writing
• Communication with engineers, contractor, and managers
• Training apprentice inspectors

Education/Certifications:

• ICC certification for concrete, rebar, masonry, post tension.
• ACI field Certification
• High School or GED
• CWI Certification a bonus

Desired Skills:

• Safety Focused
• Fluency in construction plan reading
• Building Code knowledge
• Disciplined a self-motivated
• Strong communication skills
• Basic Computer Skills
