Reporting to the Pharmacy Supervisor and Pharmacy Research Manager, you will perform various pharmacist functions pertaining to investigational drugs and clinical research. Some of these functions include:
• Conduct all protocol-related duties including study set-up, drug dispensation, study monitoring, close-out activities • Perform medication dispensing activities to deliver outstanding patient care • Support the Pharmacy Supervisor in ensuring compliance to rules, policies, and regulations • Oversee support staff • Cultivate and model professional, collaborative relationships with pharmacy staff, medical professionals, support, and administrative staff • Demonstrate effective problem-solving and organizational skills • Adapt to the challenges of a rapidly changing healthcare environment • Advance a patient-centric focus to treat illness with integrity, innovation, and commitment

We are seeking a dedicated, independent clinical leader with:
• PharmD. degree and current CA Pharmacy license • Strong communication, organizational, prioritizing, and follow-through skills • Knowledge of clinical trials and investigational drug services • Knowledge of good clinical practice and human subjects protection • Knowledge in oncology and/or Board Certification preferred • Experience in IV Medication Compounding preferred
