Includes deciphering, verifying and processing prescriptions and/or drug orders in order to provide quality patient careConsistent use of computers to enter data, process/maintain patient information and prescription data, and generate prescription labels Requirements Selection RequirementsCertification as a Pharmacy Technician issued by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB)* and a valid license to practice as a Certified Pharmacy Technician by the California State Board of PharmacyLicense:A current, valid license to practice as a Pharmacy Technician issued by the California State Board of Pharmacy.*All required licenses and certifications must be active and unrestricted or your application will not be acceptedA valid California Class "C" Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions.
