Base Salary + Commission Structure (performance-based)
On-Target Earnings: $80,000 – $100,000+ annually
Uncapped commission potential
About the Role As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners and provide customized bath remodeling solutions. This is an outside sales role where you’ll use advanced technology to design and present high-quality products directly in the customer’s home. Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad-based sales system
Design personalized bath solutions using company software
Provide accurate pricing and close sales
Attend ongoing weekly sales training to enhance performance
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Previous in-home or outside sales experience preferred (home improvement a plus)
Comfortable presenting and speaking with confidence
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
Reliable transportation and local residency required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
