About the Role

As the In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering innovative solutions that fit their vision. This outside sales position involves using advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions to potential customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system

• Engage in weekly sales training sessions to continually strengthen your skills

• Utilize our easy-to-use software to build personalized bath designs

• Provide pricing information and secure sales on a consistent basis

What We Are Looking For

• In-Home Sales Experience is REQUIRED

• Excellent communication, strong interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Experience in home sales is highly valued; background in the home remodeling industry is definitely a plus

• Reliable transportation and residency within the local area are required

• Confidence in public speaking and delivering presentations with clarity and professionalism

• Demonstrates ambition, self-motivation, and disciplined work habits

• Self-driven and goal-focused professional who thrives in fast-paced sales environments

• Outgoing, articulate personality that excels in social settings

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Your earnings are determined by your performance and experience. This position is ideal for someone who wants a flexible schedule and is money motivated.
