li>You will coach and support Sales team members throughout the deal lifecycle by providing guidance on Deal Desk guidelines, pricing policies, discount thresholds, deal structures, and trade-offs, serving as a sounding board to review proposed deals, identify potential risks, and ensure strong preparation before engaging in formal Deal Desk conversations, particularly for complex multi-site group or corporate consolidator opportunities.
You will support the operational data needs that enable accurate and timely commission plan payouts, including maintaining data feeds, validating inputs, flagging discrepancies for resolution, and serving as a resource for Sales team members seeking to understand their attainment data, escalating comp plan questions or disputes to the appropriate owner (comp plan design and administration sit outside this role).
