Industrial Service Manager (General Services)

• Lead and oversee all branch operations, including field execution, logistics, and service delivery.
• Manage multiple crews and Supervisors through effective workforce planning and scheduling.
• Drive operational efficiency through process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Supervisors and field personnel.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and environmental regulations.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, including audits and incident management.
• Manage full P&L responsibilities including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
• Review and approve bids, estimates, and pricing strategies.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans to increase revenue and market share.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as primary point of contact for key accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Oversee fleet and equipment maintenance and utilization.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial services or related field.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing crews and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR; CDL preferred.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check. 
• Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience.
• Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours, including nights/weekends.

• Experience with industrial cleaning, hydroblasting, scaffolding, or similar services.
• Experience driving EBITDA performance and revenue growth.

• Ability to work in industrial environments with varying conditions.
• Capable of walking, standing, climbing, and navigating job sites.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper equipment and techniques.
• Ability to operate office and mobile equipment and perform repetitive tasks.
