Job Description
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, network connectivity, and end-user systems.
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for Windows operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Microsoft 365.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network-related incidents.
- Manage user accounts, password resets, group memberships, and access permissions.
- Monitor infrastructure alerts, server performance, disk utilization, and backup jobs.
- Perform routine server patching, software installations, and system maintenance.
- Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM tools while meeting SLA targets.
- Coordinate with network, server, cloud, and security teams to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, technical documentation, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Support backup restoration, disaster recovery activities, and infrastructure changes in accordance with company policies.
