Axiom Memory Solutions is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Inside Account Manager to join our National Sales team. This position plays an important role in supporting our National Account Managers, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring day-to-day sales operations run smoothly.
As the Inside Account Manager for our growing team, you will:
- Provide daily sales and account support to National Account Managers and customers.
- Manage incoming customer emails and phone calls, responding promptly and directing requests as needed.
- Process incoming orders and coordinate order adjustments with internal teams.
- Maintain product catalog information, including new product setups, discontinued items, and pricing updates.
- Coordinate pricing protection for inventory on hand and in transit.
- Research product availability, costs, and alternative product options.
- Manage customer returns, defective product requests, and stock rotations (RMAs).
- Coordinate order tracking requests and assist with resolving customer concerns.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and internal departments to support customer needs.
- Provide backup support across National Accounts to ensure consistent service.
- Meet daily customer communication and activity expectations established by management.
Location Requirements:
- This job is in Orange County, CA. You must be able to work from Axiom’s office.

Job Requirements:
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders, pricing, and customer information.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Comfortable using computer systems, email, and sales or order management software.
- Ability to problem-solve, prioritize requests, and follow through on customer needs.
- Experience in inside sales, account management, sales support, or customer service preferred.
- Experience working with product distribution, inventory, or order processing is a plus.
Compensation:
Hourly base minimum $25/hr plus commission opportunity.
