Inside Sales Representative

About the Role

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team onsite in Alpharetta, Georgia. This role is responsible for converting inbound interest into confirmed bookings and serves as the first point of contact for many LoadUp customers. Whether a customer is clearing out a garage, preparing for a move, or managing a property cleanout, you'll guide them to the right service with confidence and care.

Working alongside AI agents and automation tools that handle routine tasks, you'll focus on building trust, solving problems, and closing sales across a fast-moving funnel, from first contact to confirmed booking. This is a full-time role.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales

• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads by phone, chat, text, and email, ensuring every prospect receives a timely response.

• Develop a thorough understanding of LoadUp's services and upfront pricing to confidently guide customers to the right option.

• Support customers through every stage of the sales process, from initial conversation to final scheduling, setting clear expectations throughout.

• Address customer objections with confidence and empathy, turning hesitation into trust.

• Uphold LoadUp's brand values in every interaction by delivering friendly, honest, and helpful service.

Lead Management & Technology

• Partner with AI agents and automation tools to manage lead flow, prioritize follow-ups, and focus time on high-value customer conversations.

• Nurture and re-engage leads through consistent, creative follow-up that converts interest into bookings.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM and sales data, supporting a single source of truth across sales and operations systems.

Process Improvement

• Provide frontline feedback on scripts, workflows, and tools to improve the sales process as the business scales.

• Perform additional duties as required in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework is a plus.

• Experience in sales, customer service, or a call center environment preferred.

• Experience using a CRM or AI-assisted sales tools is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.

• Competitive, goal-driven mindset with the motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Resilience and a positive attitude, with the ability to stay motivated after hearing "no."

• Curiosity and eagerness to work with AI tools and new technology, consistently looking for smarter ways to work.

• Strong attention to detail, including accurate data entry and thorough follow-up.

• Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities at once in a fast-paced, high-volume, target-driven environment.

• Comfort working on a computer and phone for prolonged periods while handling customer conversations across multiple channels in real time.

• Coachable, team-first approach with the ability to thrive in a feedback-rich culture.

• Flexibility to work a set shift based on business needs, which may include early morning, mid-day, evening, and weekend hours.

• Located in the North Atlanta area and able to commute to the Alpharetta office.
