Salary Range: $45000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Manage daily billing inquiries from policyholders and insurance carriers.

Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and resolve discrepancies.

Process premium changes, endorsements, and renewals within our system.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client records are accurate and up-to-date.

Provide support for walk-in clients needing assistance with their statements.

Maintain clear documentation regarding client communication and payment history.

Two years of experience in an insurance office or billing-related role.

Advanced proficiency with agency management software, Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace

Strong attention to detail for processing payments and auditing accounts.

Excellent verbal communication skills for addressing client questions.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Positive attitude

New York State Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred
