Insurance Customer Service Rep

As an Insurance Customer Service Rep, your day will center on helping individuals, families, and small businesses with policy changes, reviews, claims coordination, and ongoing questions. Youll also look for opportunities to strengthen a clients protection through life insurance, umbrella coverage, and endorsements, working closely with sales specialists when follow-up is needed.

This role has real room to grow. You could develop into a Customer Service Manager, potentially step into management sooner based on experience, or build toward a Line Sales Manager role. For someone with long-term entrepreneurial goals, the agency also offers a potential path toward agency ownership through a 23-year mentorship program.

The base salary is $49,000-52,000. Youll also have PTO, health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid holidays, and ongoing professional development.

• Process customer policy changes accurately.

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
