Insurance Customer Service Rep

Youre the person customers can count on when they need an answer, a policy change, or help through a stressful insurance situation. At Pachis Agency LLC, youll help make insurance feel personal while working with an experienced team that values accuracy, accountability, and caring for people.

As our Insurance Customer Service Rep, your day will include servicing policies, processing endorsements and updates, issuing certificates and ID cards, handling billing questions, and helping clients through claims. Youll also look for opportunities to strengthen coverage when a customers needs change, then connect them with the right producer or help quote the additional protection yourself.

Pachis is an American Family Insurance agency built on more than 20 years of family ownership in Evanston. The agency serves clients across more than 15 states and is growing with a modern, forward-thinking approach. Youll have hands-on training, professional development, and a team that shares knowledge and supports each other. The office is also pet-friendly, so Hugo, the resident Burmese Mountain dog and team mascot, may make an appearance.

Pay is $20-$26 per hour based on experience, with the opportunity for unlimited commissions for licensed CSRs who choose to sell. Youll also have PTO, health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) with a 4% agency match, and paid holidays.

• Process policy changes and submit updates to carriers.
• Issue certificates, ID cards, and insurance documentation.
• Handle first notice of loss and claims communication.
• Assist with billing questions, payments, and cancellations.
• Identify opportunities for additional coverage.
• Maintain accurate client records in agency systems.
• Manage phone, email, mail, and walk-in communications.
• Assistance with internal social media platform

• Candidate must be located in AZ, CO, GA, IL, IN, IA, MI, MA, MO, OH, WI
• An insurance license is required.
• Strong agency management system and technology skills.
• Comfortable using CRM, comparative rater, and carrier systems.
• Calm and patient when assisting stressed clients.
• Highly accurate with data entry and policy details.
• Organized enough to manage high volumes of tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive problem solver who can work independently.
