Integrated Program Planner, Mid Career

Standard Job Description

Responsible for performing a variety of cross-functional analytical tasks to ensure coordination of material with future production plans and schedules.

Conducts analysis and develops information using cross-functional MRP system.

Maintains schedules, performs probabilistic / deterministic risk analysis, and identifies critical/driving paths while developing solutions for deviations.

Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts.

Develops production requirements data

Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments.

Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.

Partners with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions.

Interacts with internal and external customers regarding production planning, material flow, problem resolution, and production improvement.

Interfaces with, prepares materials for, and presents/briefs to program management, senior management and the customer in an efficient and professional manner.

Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response.

Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.

Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• 2 to 4 + years of experience in inventory control, material planning, or production scheduling.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance with an Interim Secret clearance obtained prior to start; U.S. citizenship is required.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Well organized and detail-oriented
• Demonstrated success performing in a team environment

Desired Skills

• Advanced knowledge of program and/or project management principles, practices, and tools
• 4+ years of experience in inventory control, material planning, or production scheduling
• Advanced Microsoft Office and project management software skillset
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Experience
• Demonstrated experience delivering briefings and written communications to internal and external customers
• Strong attention to detail for accurate data maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple/changing priorities
• Active Secret Clearance

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
