Position Title: Integration Project Manager
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Job Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $50-55/Hour

Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Integration Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional digital initiatives within a large-scale transformation program. This role will drive the integration of web and legacy digital platforms into enterprise systems, partnering across IT, digital, and business teams.
This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong execution, the ability to operate in a matrixed environment, and confidence influencing stakeholders across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and platform integration projects
- Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate across IT, digital, and business stakeholders
- Drive delivery across Agile and Waterfall environments
- Provide clear status updates to leadership
- Maintain project plans and documentation across standard PM tools
Skills & Tools:
- Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication
- Highly organized, proactive, and delivery-focused
Experience:
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
- 3+ years supporting web, digital, eCommerce, or enterprise platform initiatives
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs
- Strong risk and dependency management skills
- Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Nice to Have:
- Experience with digital platforms, CMS, or ERP systems
- Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
