This 1‑year internship at 20 hours per week provides an opportunity for college (undergraduate or graduate) students to develop, grow, and become the next generation of talent for the Network. Enterprise programming offers mentoring, networking, and real‑world experience in a fun, entrepreneurial atmosphere. As part of our finance team, you will work on meaningful and impactful projects and enjoy peer‑to‑peer engagement while working on activities that promote professional development supplemental to the job.ResponsibilitiesFinance interns will work with accounting, financial analyst, and financial leadership teams to learn and sharpen basic and advanced finance skills, analysis, research, balancing, reporting, and communication.Interns will learn to leverage tools for improving efficiency and accuracy during reviews.Interns will work independently and collaboratively across teams to provide perspectives and insights for special projects identified by leadership as part of strategic growth initiatives.Critical thinking and analytical skills will be encouraged and sharpened.Interns will participate in team meetings, where they'll learn about how finance initiatives and projects take shape.RequirementsDegree‑seeking students currently enrolled at a college or university.Finance or Accounting majors, Junior, Senior, or Graduate level preferred with a current GPA of 3.0 or above.Well organized, detail‑oriented, adaptable, and flexible.Excellent communication skills and strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and financial analysis skills.High level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality.Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Team player.The hourly rate for this role is $15.00. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications, and experience.
