International Trade Compliance Coordinator

International Trade Compliance CoordinatorOVERVIEWThe International Trade Compliance Coordinator is responsible for reviewing and processing requests related to international trade activities, including reviewing international sales orders to identify export compliance requirements and obtaining U.S. export licenses, when applicable. Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives related to U.S. export compliance.

RESPONSIBLITIES

Review and approve export ordersReview and approve non-US Person visitor requestsReview and approve travel requestsReview and approve international travel requestsMaintain export records according to company policyApply for and monitor license applicationsDecrement and export licensesMaintain accurate recordkeepingCompile reports from various ERP systemsContribute to process improvement initiativesParticipation and support internal auditsPerform denied party screening

QUALIFICATIONS

High School degree or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in International Business or related field a plusExperience with export compliance exposure a plus1-3 years of experience in manufacturing industry a plusExperience in Microsoft D365 and Microsoft AX ERP platforms a plus
