You Are:

• KNOWLEDGEABLE: Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or relevant field
• ALWAYS LEARNING: Possess a willingness and desire to learn and be teachable
• A COMMUNICATOR: Effectively communicate both verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
• ANALYTICAL: Critical thinker with strong attention to detail; Ability to problem-solve

What You'll Do:

• Assist Account Management team with proposals, RFI's, customer outreach, maintenance contracts, repair quotes, and project quotes
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors
• Participate in client meetings and site visits
• Utilize strong time management and multi-tasking skills to ensure deadlines are met
• Lift/move materials up to 50lbs.; kneel, squat, climb, bend, and stoop to reach materials
