This role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, supporting inventory audits, processing incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring efficient warehouse and inventory operations.

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Perform routine inventory counts and cycle audits
- Update inventory databases and tracking systems
- Prepare inventory and stock movement reports
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams
- Identify inventory discrepancies and report issues
- Label, organize, and store products properly
- Support inventory replenishment and stock transfers
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory area
- Perform additional inventory and operational duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in warehouse, retail, inventory, administration, or related roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to learn inventory management software
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
