Back Bay Staffing Group's Legal Division is expanding its recruitment efforts on behalf of premier investment management firms nationwide. We are seeking exceptional legal talent—associates and partners with proven experience under the Investment Company Act of 1940, Investment Advisers Act, and the federal securities laws.

Candidates should bring a strong record of advising registered investment companies, including drafting and reviewing registration statements, offering documents, board materials, and investment management agreements.

These hybrid roles (minimum two in-office days) are available in Boston, Chicago, Washington, D.C., New York, and Philadelphia.
