Senior Associate - Private Credit Investment Operations - Boston - Hybrid 

A leading investment management firm is seeking a Senior Associate for their Private Credit Operations team to support their growing platform. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, entrepreneurial team and play a key role in the operational execution of private credit investments across multiple strategies. Private Credit Operations experience is required. 

Responsibilities:

• Support the full private credit investment lifecycle, from deal execution and settlement through ongoing loan administration and payoff.
• Coordinate transactions with custodians, agents, fund administrators, legal teams, and investment professionals.
• Review loan documentation and ensure accurate transaction setup, data integrity, and operational processing.
• Resolve settlement, payment, and servicing issues while serving as a key operational liaison across internal and external stakeholders.
• Support trade execution, security setup, compliance processes, and operational controls.
• Contribute to process improvements, workflow enhancements, and cross-functional initiatives supporting a growing private markets platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of private credit operations experience supporting the full investment lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of private credit loan documentation, including credit agreements, amendments, and payoffs.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a private credit operations professional looking to join a high-growth investment platform with significant visibility and cross-functional exposure.
