IT Business Analyst III

Introduction

The Copilot Agent Builder partners with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, design, configure, test, deploy, and support AI-powered assistant agents within the approved Copilot platform. Acting as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, this role evaluates use cases, translates requirements into scalable agent designs, and delivers practical solutions that enhance productivity, streamline processes, and improve user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical, logical, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to evaluate business challenges and identify effective AI-assisted solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into practical agent designs, workflows, and implementation plans.
• Proven problem-solving and design-thinking capabilities, including the ability to navigate ambiguity and develop scalable, user-focused solutions.
• Experience planning and executing solution delivery activities, including configuration, testing, documentation, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with Client Copilot, Copilot Studio, generative AI solutions, or similar assistant and automation platforms.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code technologies, workflow automation, prompt engineering, and conversational agent configuration.
• Experience supporting technology adoption initiatives, including user onboarding, training development, communications, demonstrations, and change management activities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Gathering requirements, process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, documentation, deployment, production support, and ongoing optimization of deployed agents.
• Engaging stakeholders, facilitating requirements discussions, and managing expectations effectively.
• Providing production support, including issue investigation, root-cause analysis, and L3 support activities as required.
