Job Description
Salary is 90k to 120k + bonus
- 6 to 8+ years of experience leading complex technology and data-focused projects.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale data transformation, platform modernization, or migration initiatives from planning through delivery.
- Strong project planning and execution skills, with the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, resources, and shifting priorities.
- Experienced partnering with business, technology, and cross-functional teams to drive complex initiatives forward.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical project details into clear updates for business stakeholders and leadership.
- Hands-on experience developing project roadmaps, schedules, milestones, status reporting, and other delivery documentation.
- Experience coordinating external vendors, contractors, and technology partners throughout implementation and ongoing delivery.
- PMP certification or relevant education preferred; experience within banking, financial services, or large-scale data environments is a plus.
