IT Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and training to end users to maximize application efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for business applications and processes.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience providing level 1 technical support to business users on an IT Service Desk or Call Center.
• Has working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Technology (O365, MS Teams, OneDrive), User Account Management (password resets/unlock), and customer IT support experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• CompTia A+ or other technical certifications related to technical support
