Job Overview:
The position entails receiving calls and correspondence from other state agencies and recording next steps and outcomes regarding complaints. The candidate must have strong data entry skills and be able to monitor reports in the complaint database. The role also includes conducting safety checks on reported allegations of abuse.

The maximum allowable hours per position for the term of any authorized user agreement resulting from this request are: 3,900 regular hours, 0 overtime hours, and 0 holiday hours. The maximum allowable hours are not guaranteed.
