TA Data Analyst
Overview
This contracted Analyst role supports the Talent Acquisition function by executing the reporting and dashboard work that keeps TA operating with data clarity. This is a hands-on execution role — the person in this seat pulls the data, builds and maintains the reports, monitors performance metrics, and surfaces what they see to TA leadership. They are fluent in the systems the TA function runs on and deliver consistent, accurate, trustworthy reporting on a defined cadence.

Core Responsibilities
Workday Reporting & Data Pulls
• Extract and structure recruiting data from Workday on a defined cadence — open requisitions, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and pipeline volume by role type and location
• Maintain data accuracy and flag inconsistencies in requisition status, job classifications, or candidate stage data
• Support ad hoc reporting requests from TA leadership using Workday as the source of record
• Ensure req status data is current and accurate — this directly informs downstream spend and sourcing decisions
Recruitment Marketing & Source-of-Hire Reporting
• Pull and consolidate performance data from Indeed Jobs & Campaigns — cost-per-click, cost-per-apply, and sponsored vs. organic performance by role and location
• Extract and analyze source-of-hire and traffic data from PageUp/Clinch UTM reporting — channel attribution, candidate conversion rates, and campaign landing page performance
• Combine data across Workday, Indeed, and PageUp/Clinch into unified views that connect spend to pipeline outcomes
• Track application volume against historical app:hire ratios by role family and location — flagging reqs that are behind pace or have exceeded their application target
Power BI Dashboard Maintenance & Development
• Build, maintain, and update Power BI dashboards that give TA leadership real-time visibility into recruiting funnel health, spend performance, and source-of-hire trends
• Ensure dashboards reflect current data from all three source systems — Workday, Indeed, and PageUp/Clinch
• Develop new report views as priorities shift — new markets, new role types, new spend scenarios
• Maintain data dictionaries and metric definitions so reporting is consistent and trustworthy across the organization
Regular Reporting & Insights
• Produce a regular TA performance report on a defined cadence — weekly or biweekly — summarizing key metrics across pipeline, spend, and source of hire
• Surface anomalies, trends, or flags that warrant attention — reqs falling behind pace, spend running on filled or overfilled roles, channels underperforming benchmarks
• Support quarterly business reviews and AOP planning with structured data pulls and summary analysis
• Deliver clean, clearly labeled outputs that TA leadership can act on or share upward without additional formatting

Required Skills & Experience
• Hands-on Workday reporting experience — required; ability to navigate requisition data, run standard and custom reports, and interpret ATS data structures
• Power BI proficiency — required; experience building and maintaining dashboards that pull from multiple data sources
• Familiarity with Indeed Jobs & Campaigns reporting — understanding of sponsored job metrics, cost-per-apply, and campaign performance data
• Experience with UTM-based source tracking and traffic/conversion reporting, ideally within a CRM or recruitment marketing platform
• Strong Excel skills for data cleaning, structuring, and ad hoc analysis
• Detail-oriented and consistent — this role owns data accuracy and report cadence
• Comfortable working independently and managing their own workload against defined deliverables
• Experience in a TA, HR, or recruitment marketing analytics context strongly preferred
