Mandatory RequirementsCore QualificationsExperience: Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience (Non-Tech).
Performance: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding defined monthly and quarterly KPIs.
Stability: Seeking long-term fits; please avoid career contractors or resumes with frequent, short-term "jumps."
Key CompetenciesBusiness Acumen: Strong stakeholder management skills with an advisory mindset. Candidates must act as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who confidently consult and guide Hiring Managers.
Operational Agility: Must thrive in a high-haste, fast-paced environment with strong critical thinking and proactiveproblem-solving skills.
Autonomy: Extremely organized self-starters who can manage their desk and time with minimal direction.
Desired SkillsPreferred but not required: iCIMS Knowledge, a NON-tech background is preferred, Operations background preferred.
EducationBachelors preferred but not mandatory; Minimum of 2 years experience as a full cycle Recruiter managing and owning high volume hiring
