Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and methodologies relative to contracts
Collaborate with other internal departments to gather information
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email and telephone
Manage contract communications; Document and track status; Maintain working que of items in process
Assemble, manage and maintain contracts inventory and reminder dates
Preview contracts, assign indexing tags, and track as needed
Work with Contracts Manager to meet contract review and execution deadlines
Work with project manager to configure and deploy CLM platform enhancements
Document workflow inefficiencies, bottlenecks and other challenges in the contracts process
Work with Product Managers to address deficits or deficiencies in documented contracts inventory
Report timely and regularly the status of all Contracts to supervisor
Assist the Contracts Manager with minor modifications, and/or submit for review to legal
Document and support intermediate negotiation stages

High School or better.
Associates or better in Paralegal Studies or related field.
Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field.
Experience with and understanding of process work-flows Experience producing valued outcomes in a timely manner with minimal supervision Minimum 3+ years working in a professional contracts/business/legal role
Professional certification in contracts management is favorable Experience working in contracts management a plus Experience working with a Contract Lifecycle Management platform desired
