Our client is a subsidiary of a global market leader. This role is doing flow control, filtration components and fluid solutions for top Medical OEMS globally.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate current client account - workflow, business, process, sales revenue
- Build a long term strategic partnership with top medical OEMs working with their stakeholders and becoming an extension of their business.
- Deliver consistent YoY growth in top medical accounts.
- Evaluate and create strategic account plans.
- Develop strategies to optimize sales process and efficiency.
- Identify new and manage multiple contacts and stakeholders in top accounts.
- Forecast revenue, product launches and more.
- Monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and account planning.
- Stay up to date on market trends, customer trends and how our solutions fit into customer manufacturing.
- Work crossfunctionally with internal teams in product, engineering and development.

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in technical field, engineering, mathematics or related field desired.
- 5-10+ years in technical sales.
- Minimum of 2 years experience selling into Medical OEMS.
- Experience selling into top Medical OEMS is a must have.
- Experience in a Key Account or Sales Engineering capacity desired.
- Ability to travel and meet customers in person (30-50%)
- Strong customer facing and relationship building skillset.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Ability to research, identify and executive on strategic revenue opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills.
What's on Offer
Offer:
- REMOTE ROLE - Midwest desired. Anyone in CST / EST time zones will be considered.
- Travel - 30-50%
- Compensation - $100k - 130k base salary + bonus - offer commensurate with experience
- 35% bonus opportunity with ability to 2x
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE SELLING INTO MEDICAL OEMS
