About the Role

As a Cook, you'll work in the back of house making pizzas for our restaurant store front! You'll prepare batch ingredients like dough, sauces, meats, and more. You'll assemble pizzas in a semi-automated line and work closely with the front of house staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment for the front window, pick-ups, and dine-in orders. We have a high standard for cleanliness and quality, so you'll need to follow instructions and protocols carefully.

In your downtime, you'll knock out your shift checklists: cleaning, stocking, prepping, doing dishes, and prepping for the next rush!

This is a high-volume kitchen - be ready to do things like weigh out cheese and top pizzas for hours! The team will support you, and we'll have fun along the way, pinky promise.

Job Requirements

If you're a team player who brings effort and good vibes to every shift, we wanna hear from you! You'll also need to be able to be on your feet, standing and walking, for long periods of time, and lift up to 50lbs regularly. This is an active job!

You also must be able to learn and use industrial kitchen equipment like conveyor ovens, mixers, knives, and more. Our equipment can be sharp, hot, or potentially dangerous in other ways if not handled correctly - you must have strong attention to detail and the ability to learn and follow safety and quality protocols.Temperatures on the job will fluctuate depending on whether you working the ovens or stepping into the walk-in for ranch.

Experience is not required, but if you have worked in pizza kitchens that use conveyor ovens, food production, bakery production, or large-scale catering kitchens, we'd love to hear from you!

All applicants for this position must be 18+ years of age. All employees must be authorized to work in the US (IDs required at Orientation).

Scheduling

Flexible schedules! We'll work with you to find a schedule that works for everyone.

The restaurant will be open from 11am-8pm Tuesday-Sunday, but the shifts for this position are exclusively evenings and weekends. Ideal cook candidates will have flexible and open availability Tuesday-Friday from 4pm-9/10pm and Saturdays-Sundays from 10am-9/10pm.

Part-time or full-time hours are available.
