- Dayside availability is required.

What You’ll Do as a Prep Team Member
- Prepare fresh ingredients according to Culver’s standards
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines with accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen
- Properly rotate and label inventory
- Support the line and team to ensure smooth operations
- Help set the restaurant up for a strong, successful shift
This role requires focus, urgency, and attention to detail — your work directly impacts the entire team’s performance.
