What You Will Do
Leverage cutting-edge technologies like generative AI, VincentAI, TrellisAI, and CoCounsel 2.0 to enhance case analysis and legal research.
Build and manage a portable book of business, targeting an annual revenue of around $1M.
Collaborate with a national network of professionals to explore cross-selling opportunities and drive innovative solutions.
Shape your practice and strategic vision with autonomy, free from unrelated service work.
Contribute to the firm’s reputation for excellence by delivering high-value legal services in labor and employment law.
Ideal Candidate Background
10+ years of experience in labor and employment law with a proven track record.
A portable book of business valued around $1M.
Strong understanding of advanced legal technologies and their application in practice.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow and innovate within a specialized firm.
Preferred
Experience in integrating legal tech solutions into practice workflows.
Established relationships within the labor and employment sector.
Previous recognition or awards in legal innovation or excellence.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $200K to $350K, complemented by a competitive compensation structure that emphasizes transparency and fairness, allowing partners to thrive in their practice.
