Job Summary
E-Logic, Inc. is seeking dependable, safety-focused, and hardworking Laborers to support a government-related transportation and logistics project. The Laborer provides essential physical and operational support to the Driver by assisting with the safe loading, unloading, handling, and transportation of cargo. This role is critical to maintaining efficiency, safety, organization, and professionalism during all transport activities while ensuring materials are properly protected and handled.
This position requires a high level of professionalism, reliability, attention to safety, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Only qualified candidates who meet all job requirements will be selected. Candidates must demonstrate a strong work ethic, dependability, and relevant experience in moving, logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, material handling, or related fields.
Selected candidates must successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, including drug testing, prior to assignment. Employees may also be subject to additional drug testing during employment and/or after completion of the assignment as required by company policy, contract requirements, and applicable regulations.

Working Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
Loading and Unloading
Assist the Driver with the safe loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring items are handled carefully and placed according to the established load plan.
Cargo Protection
Use protective blankets, ratchet straps, bins, and other approved materials to properly secure items and prevent damage during transportation.
Equipment Handling
Ensure the proper use, handling, inspection, and storage of truck equipment, including bins, dollies, hand trucks, straps, and packing materials.
Maintain equipment in an organized condition and report any damaged or missing equipment immediately.
Spotting and Navigation
Act as a spotter for the Driver during parking, backing, and tight maneuvers.
Assist with identifying safe parking areas, loading zones, and approved access points while following all safety procedures.
Documentation and Communication
Assist with service-related paperwork, delivery documentation, inventory verification, and obtaining authorized signatures when required.
Maintain professional communication with supervisors, clients, facility personnel, and project team members.
Truck Maintenance and Organization
Assist with daily cleaning and organization of the truck interior.
Maintain proper storage of tools, equipment, and materials to ensure the vehicle remains safe and ready for daily operations.
