Job Title: Landscape Account ManagerOverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Landscape Account Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of landscape maintenance and enhancement accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong relationships, and profitable account management.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of commercial and/or residential landscape accountsServe as the main point of contact for clients, handling requests, concerns, and service reviewsConduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are metDevelop and present enhancement proposals (plantings, irrigation upgrades, seasonal color, etc.)Coordinate with field crews to ensure work is completed efficiently and to specificationMonitor budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability of assigned accountsSchedule services and manage timelines for maintenance and special projectsEnsure compliance with safety standards and company policiesBuild long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account growthQualifications2–5+ years of experience in landscape management, horticulture, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance practicesExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectivelyProficiency with scheduling and/or CRM software (preferred)Valid driver's license and clean driving recordSkills & CompetenciesRelationship management and client retentionProblem-solving and decision-makingTime management and organizationSales and upselling abilityTeam coordination and leadershipWorking ConditionsCombination of office and outdoor work environmentsMay require occasional early mornings or extended hours depending on season#J-18808-Ljbffr
