Stephenson Cancer Center is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Lead Administrative Support Specialist to provide advanced administrative leadership and operational support to SCC’s Community Outreach & Engagement (COE) leadership. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment and takes pride in keeping complex operations running smoothly.

    As a trusted partner to SCC’s Community Outreach & Engagement leadership, you will handle sophisticated administrative responsibilities, support critical initiatives, and serve as a resource and leader for other support staff—all while contributing directly to the success of Oklahoma’s only NCI‑Designated Cancer Center.

    Required Education and Experience:

    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • 12 months office, clerical, or administrative experience.
