Sherman's Auto Repairs in Tucker, GA is looking for a skilled Lead Master "A" Automotive Technician to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a wide variety of vehicle makes and models
• Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance on complex repair procedures
• Execute engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and drivetrain repairs with precision
• Utilize diagnostic scan tools and software to identify and resolve vehicle issues
• Conduct thorough multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings to service advisors
• Ensure all repairs meet or exceed OEM and industry quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work bay in compliance with shop safety protocols

Requirements:

• ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent "A" level experience required
• 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair and diagnostic experience
• Proficiency with electronic diagnostic tools, scan tools, and repair software
• Strong knowledge of domestic and foreign vehicle systems
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and lead a team in a high-volume shop environment
• Strong communication skills and a customer-quality-focused mindset
